Jack has a friend at preschool, Thomas. Thomas's dad (Russ) had surgery a few weeks ago and ended up having a stroke which left his right side completely paralyzed. He's in for a LONG recovery and a very uncertain future...pretty tough stuff for a dad of a 4 year old boy and a 2 year old girl
(get why this hits close to home?).
Thomas's mom (Jennifer) has a long road ahead of her as well; making medical decisions, dealing with insurance, finances, lawyers, and all the logistics and emotions of being a single mom for awhile. If you could lift this family up in prayer, I know it would be greatly appreciated.
They are a Christian family, and they could use all the encouragement they can get right now. They need a miracle! If you would like to help this family, please contact me and let me know.

This is so awful. I've been thinking about her family a lot lately. I can't imagine what she's going through.
