This is my 5 year old little man, eating his green pancakes for his birthday breakfast.
Here is Jack showing off his new birthday shirt courtesy of his best friend Thomas, whose mom forgot to have HIM wear it at his birthday a few months ago ;) Jack was beyond thrilled and even had to wear it to church that morning.

It was a "backyard beach" party you know!
(And more importantly, it was a chance for Scott to wear this ugly Goodwill shirt for more than"Kokomo Beach Day" at school!)
We decorated visors with lots of friends, before...
opening presents...
and letting the kids lose in the backyard that was set up with a few inflatable pools, a slip n slide, water games, and of course the ever popular water balloons!
We then dried off and ate lots of Phineas and Ferb cake with the birthday boy!
I think he liked it ;PIn fact, they both had such a great day that Liv didn't even make it through a bedtime story that night.
A great time was had by all :)
