Jack :)

First of all, he had a WONDERFUL time at the movies and McDonald's with Gee Gew. And Gee Gew said he was "perfect". Words cannot express how happy I am to hear that, because at home he has been less than that ;) This weather has him all confused. He doesn't understand why he can't go outside and play, or go to the park and he keeps trying to find ways to get there anyway. He is a master negotiator! He has SOO much energy that we just can't get it out here in the house. He's been as squirrely as ever since Halloween and while I know that the candy doesn't help, he is truly making me insane. The constant running (and the inevitable falling that ensues), the making noise all the time for the sake of making noise, and the bugging his sister is annoying on a good day. I'm learning to deal with it, but I normally like things quiet and orderly...not going to happen with a 3 year old and a 1 year old, huh? :)

So anyway, to hear that he was an excellent boy makes me happy! I'm glad he can at least be good with others, as there is no better compliment for me to hear than that I have good kids. This morning he was walking around the house singing a new song he made up "I love my blankie and I love my Mommy". So he lives to see another day :) Crazy boy. Weird thing is, I already know that I'm going to miss this time...someday ;)
