We had a blast in Chicago (Schaumburg) over Spring Break! We ate some lovely food, did some super shopping, swam everyday, and even went to Jack's Mecca...Legoland. Here are some pics...

Navy Pier made out of Legos. They had all of Chicago done.
Amazing!

Liv was not amused for, lets say, the first HOUR we were there. Screamed and pitched a fit the whole time. Like we went during her nap or something...yeeshh...

Ahh, the fam and Darth Vader. Gives you the warm fuzzies doesn't it?

Jack with his buddy Harry Potter.

And with a HUGE Hagrid!

Showing off the Lego bricks that she "made" at the factory.

Liv's favorite thing to do, play on the massive indoor playground in the Cafe.

And for my sister, a pic of Jack with her favorite person.
Jack's an Obama man.

This is the HUGE giraffe and lamppost made out of Legos.
INSANE!All in all, we (Jack) had a great time and it was definitely worth the discounted tickets we had. However, I would NOT go on Spring Break week again. We waited 45 minutes to even get in the building and it was PACKED. Liv even got flattened by a grumpy old man not paying attention to where he was going (and he didn't apologize). Nice. Since I hate crowds, this wasn't my best day, but Jack had a great time and even got a few new lego sets out of it.
Don't worry, we compensated Liv with getting her a Tinkerbell shirt from the Disney Store. It says "Little Pixie, Big Attitude".
Appropriate, don't you think?
