I'm procrastinating...

I hate/love to pack. I hate that it takes SOO long especially with all the dreaded kid gear that is needed these days. I hate the laundry that inevitably proceeds packing. I hate realizing how much crap we actually take places. But I love making lists :) I am warped.

So if I sit here and update the blog, I get to put off setting things out for packing. That sounds good to me.

It was a pretty quiet weekend for us in Miller land. Lots of hanging out with the fam and me getting some alone time...I love that. I finally got to go see baby Shelby, who is a cutie, so that was nice as well. Yesterday my mom watched the kiddos so that I go with Scott to the doc (every thing is fine) and then his parents came over in the evening so see the kids as well. They are blessedly taking the gassy pup for over a week as we will be leaving this Thursday, and they are going to the lake for the week. Pup free time sounds nice. My bed will get to be dog hair free for a few days, an awesome change of pace ;) The weather has been cruddy and unpredictable. We all went to the grocery last night only to have a monsoon blow up and flick the lights of at Meijer for a second. I just kept waiting for the announcement to go to the back of the store...but it never happened. Scott then RAN to get our car, and then ran to the right spot to find the car (he hee), getting soaked in the process. We loaded up super quick and of course it stopped raining...isn't that always the way...

All right, enough wasting time. Both kids are asleep and Scott is scrapeing paint on the "club house" so I have no excuse not to start getting organized...phooey.
