I had this conversation with Liv this week.
Me: Liv, do you want corn or peas with dinner?
Liv: I want pizza.
Me: No, I'm asking if you want corn or peas to have as a vegetable with dinner.
Liv: I want pizza.
Me: (getting down on my knees in front of her) No honey. We're having lettuce wraps for dinner. Do you want to eat corn or peas with dinner?
Liv: (putting her little hands on my face and talking VERRRRYYYY SLOOOOWWWLLYYYY) Mommy, I want PEEEETTTT-ZZZAAAAA.
Like I'm the mental midget here.
She had corn.
